This charming eatery, located at 1561 Akron Peninsula Rd, masterfully blends New American flair with Italian and seafood influences, promising an unforgettable culinary experience for all who enter.

As soon as you step inside Papa Joe's, you're greeted by an inviting atmosphere, perfect for cozy dinners or gatherings with friends. The interior exudes warmth, complementing the fantastic service that's been celebrated by many patrons. Our recent visits revealed a dedicated team that genuinely cares about the dining experience—something customers like Candise Jenell and Andrew Hughes have noted over the years.

One of the highlights of dining here is the robust wine selection, particularly their impressive Cabernet Sauvignon offerings. Whether you fancy a Mila or an exquisite vintage like Newton Mt. Veeder, there's no shortage of options to pair perfectly with your meal. If cocktails are more your style, don’t miss the Roses Are Red Martini, a delightful twist on a classic with vanilla vodka and a whimsical candy cane garnish.

But the real star here is the food. The signature White French Dressing has garnered a cult-like following for its unique flavor, lovingly drizzled over fresh, made-to-order salads. As Heather eloquently shared, the warm, buttery rolls bring comfort and satisfaction that sets the tone for the meal ahead.

Entrees at Papa Joe's are both hearty and comforting. From the Chicken Francaise to the marinated Pork Chop, every bite bursts with flavor. The dedication to quality shines through, although the richness of butter in some dishes can be adjusted to personal preference. Vegetarians will appreciate the attention to their needs, while dessert enthusiasts will delight in the array of selections—from decadent Tiramisu to rich chocolate peanut butter cake, ensuring you leave with a sweet memory.

The appeal of Papa Joe’s Iacomini’s lies not just in the food, but in the community spirit it fosters. With equal parts nostalgia and innovation, it’s a place where the past meets the present. DANIEL was amazing at assisting me today. I’ve been coming here for over 7 years since I moved to the Valley. My review is centered around the take out / side entrance. Papa Joe’s is known best for their phenomenal wine selection and authentic tasting Italian food made with the ‘secret sauce’ that leaves you wanting more!

I don’t usually write a bad review, specifically for Papa Joes! We love this place, one of our favorites! We had a birthday catering dinner here a couple months ago, everything was fantastic! Today, was not the first time I took out from the Marketplace. I always get the same things here; small traditional salad, pint of the French dressing, tiramisu and chocolate peanut butter cake. Oh my, I was so surprised to have found that they covered the rusting icebergs under all other salad ingredients! Why oh why? You guys used to have a very fresh salads. It’s very disappointing, for 20 salad tray, the rusting icebergs were hidden underneath! I wish I can post the picture here. Very unappealing! EDIT: Kim reached out and took care of us. Thank you Kim and Dan for making it right!

I ate here as a kid growing up in the 80’s 90’s in the Falls and made a trip in for dinner. It’s always hard to squeeze restaurants in day trip and finally made it back to this one. It did not disappoint from memory. The moment I tasted that house White French salad dressing was like a time warp right back. It’s truly a unique and very tasty dressing. There’s nothing quite like it. The fresh dinner roll pipping hot and glistening with hot melted butter just melts into the mouth. I ordered the Chicken Francaise for my entree. It had a little bit too much butter for me personally, but it was still good. I think next time I will go for the Chicken Parmigiana. My brother had a dish with their marinara sauce in it and it was fantastic. The service was excellent. Micheal was all over the place and doing a great job with each of his guest. He even assisted an elder guest with an oxygen tank by wheeling their tank for them. All with out skipping a beat or missing a thing. He did a fantastic job. The carry out section is wonderful. A definite must stop in. I got a piece of cake on the way out. (It was unbelievably good) I think it’s great you can buy their salads and dressing, plus other salads, appetizers, sandwiches and entrees right there. The employees in the take away area were also very helpful and friendly.

The food is very good & the service is great. The Chicken Francais is delicious but it's not worth the price in my opinion. I wouldn't order it again but I'll try something else next time. White French dressing is the best anywhere but side salads are skimpy. Rolls are yummy. Dessert choices are plentiful & the cheese wedges are very tasty.

We had dinner last night with our friends that absolutely LOVE this restaurant. Now I can see why! Everything was delicious from the beginning to end! From the delightful espresso martinis and crafted cocktails to the warm buttery rolls, to our appetizers of smoked provolone and sauerkraut balls,(DELICIOUS!) the side salad with white french dressing (IT’S A MUST GET!) and of course our entrees! (THE PORK CHOP WAS SO JUICY AND FLAVORFUL!) But wait a minute! Let’s not forget about the dessert people! (THE TIRAMISU WAS TOP TIER!) The inside was very nice and just had that warm and cozy feeling! Not to mention we had the most adorable waitress ever! I didn’t catch her name but she took excellent care of us and made us feel so welcomed! If you haven’t tried it yet, whew you’re missing out! Cannot wait to come back!!!

When we first arrived a guy working there wearing in Hawaiian shirt greeted us and was rude. I almost walked out. My husband talked me into staying. When our waitress Whitney arrived she turned our whole night around. She was an absolute delight. Our food was amazing as well.

First time at Papa Joe's in a few years. The service was timely, especially for how busy they were. The food was great all around. We even got two appetizers. The steak was very delicious and the dessert was awesome! A very great treat to have for a fine dining experience.

The food never disappoints. Good service. The noise level was really high this most recent visit making it very hard to have a conversation. Please remove whatever gives "fragrance" in the ladies washroom, some of us are highly allergic. Used to be our go-to place before Covid; recent changes have it farther down our list. Just doesn't feel like "home" any more.
